Jay Haze teams up with D:exter on his latest single, “Can’t Forget”, an homage to Mr. Lee’s Chicago house classic – with remixes from DJ Sneak, Abe Duque and Fuckpony.

Jay Haze has always been inspired by Chicago house, but never more overtly than on his update of the 1987 Trax Records hit “Can’t Forget”. Taken from Jay’s latest album Love & Beyond, the track became a favorite among DJs, distinguished by the soulful paranoid from frequent vocal collaborator D:exter. On this new single, “Can’t Forget” appears in four new iterations, courtesy of “original house gangster” DJ Sneak, eponymous label owner and part-time Gigolo Abe Duque, Philly-based Lil Dirrty Ghetto Bastard, and Jay himself under his Fuckpony guise. Several mutant strains of house music are present, from techy to piano-led to deranged acid.
